The people behind MamaCare Wellness
A small, passionate and multicultural team — united by a shared commitment to wellness, service and human connection.

Aïcha
Aïcha is a registered nurse, co-founder and co-president of community organizations in Canada and Cameroon, community leader, entrepreneur and mother of several children. For many years, she has compassionately supported mothers and their babies, elderly individuals, young girls, and people living with physical and mental health challenges.
Her background is rich and diverse. She has a solid foundation in management, clinical nursing training, doula certification, and several certifications in coaching and holistic wellness. All of these experiences led her to create MamaCare Wellness.
The vision of MamaCare Wellness was born from a deeply personal experience. Aïcha gave birth to her fifth child in Canada while her husband was at home with their other children. This period was not easy. In her culture, pregnant women are surrounded and supported during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. Living through this experience far from her family and support network, she understood the reality that many women face — particularly immigrant women.
